European Distribution Centre
Now more than ever - with lean manufacturing processes being widely implemented - manufacturers do not want 4 or 5 weeks lead times on the products or spares they require. This is evident throughout Europe as well as the UK.
In order to provide the best possible service we can, and with the above points in mind, we are currently undertaking a project - in conjunction with STM Spa - to become the European Distribution Centre/Quick Reaction Centre for STM and their agents. We will soon be carrying stocks, in component form, for Bevel Helical Gearboxes from the OM range, Parallel Shaft Gearboxes from the PM + PLM range and extending the Helical Inline Gearbox range we can offer from stock. There is a great deal involved as you can probably imagine but we are working hard to try and have this up and running by the New Year. Keep your eye on our news pages and be one of the first to know when we have it all in place.
This is, however, just for starters so let's call it 'Phase 1'. Once we've caught our breath we will start working on 'Phase 2' which will include some other fantastic products. The ever popular EX Range of Planetary Gearboxes and the 700 Series of Parallel Shaft and Bevel Helical Gearboxes will make up 'Phase 2'........who knows what 'Phase 3' may bring?!!!
